A Company Built on A Positive Attitude

Our Story

After years of working for other landscapers and contractors, brother-sister duo, Garrett and Marlena knew they wanted to form their own company. Previous companies had divided teams with negative attitudes toward co-workers, projects, and customers. They wanted to work within a different culture.

In 2017, Garrett and Marlena founded G&M Outdoor Services with the goal of creating a positive and uplifting environment for their employees and customers. As a five-year employee, Jamison became a co-owner in early 2023 to further the mission. Thanks to their community and customers, their goal for a positive culture was rewarded. G&M has become one of the fastest-growing and most-trusted residential and commercial outdoor services teams.

Garrett Williams

Founder / Sales & Business Development

Hi, I’m Garrett! I am a co-owner of G&M and oversee our sales and business development. I love coming into work everyday and seeing a smile on everyone’s face. My passion for landscaping started from a young age. When I was 11 years old, I started operating heavy equipment and have loved it ever since. When not in the office or operating equipment you can find me starting a conversation with a potential customer, new employee or filming my latest YouTube video.

Marlena Spiegeler

Founder / Office Operations Director

Hi, I’m Marlena! I am a co-owner of G&M and oversee our office operations. Leading our administrative and internal teams, I work to ensure the behind-the-scenes runs smoothly between all departments. From a young age, I was surrounded by the construction and landscaping industry and knew this was where I wanted to be.

Jamison Williams

Owner / Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Jamison! I am a co-owner of G&M and oversee the day-to-day field operations and work closely with the team members and customers to ensure quality services. From a young age, I was working with equipment outside and started out in a skid steer at G&M 5 years ago. When not in the office, I am visiting our job sites daily and connecting our field and office operations.
